1. Booking

By booking a tour with Dutch Story Walks, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings can be made through our website or booking platform. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

2. Payment

Prices are shown in euros (€).

Payment may be collected at the time of booking or on the day of the tour, depending on the booking option selected.

3. Cancellation by Guests

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Dutch Story Walks

In rare cases, tours may be cancelled due to severe weather, illness, insufficient participants, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a tour is cancelled by Dutch Story Walks, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participation

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in a walking tour of approximately 2 hours.

Participants join tours at their own risk.

Dutch Story Walks is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a tour.

6. Changes to Tours

Tour routes, meeting points, and content may occasionally change due to events, construction work, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, tour descriptions, photographs, and materials are the property of Dutch Story Walks and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
